why not use a proper gasket between the two crankcases..? surely better than instant seal..?

@pmay222 No. This is a very common practice for 2T motors and works well.

My suzuki agnine has steel liners for the crank bearing.
Heating them up with a propane torch did hardly enything! had to hit the out race to get it into place.
it's now very smooth. but the seal is still tight at the moment.
