Do you mean Guy #1 or Dr. Newt.
Guy #1 occasionally changes his wardrobe. As for the Doctor, it's not so much the same clothes as the fact Dr. Newt is a newt and doesn't wear clothes. But you're right, Dr. Newt is always wearing the same skin... That is until it's shedding time.
