I enjoyed much the book; one problem: Ayn Rand hated Milton Friedman and made explicit deriding comments about him, which you should have consulted before characterizing him as a Hugh Aktson-type Rand hero.
I love this terrific explanation of the book and introduction to the modern-day heroes and villains you profile in the book. Great synopsis. And... great book. I just got my copy and I can't put it down!
