  • You did a great job of capturing the characters and inspiring a many many memories....You even included Mrs. Hall and Trickie Woo

  • @QueenEolande:

I can't remember. I just found them all on the internet at some point and saved them.

  • I enjoyed watching the pictures with the great theme music!. I liked the way the cast had chemistry with each other. Good job!

  • I was surprised when I saw Siegfried. He isn't bad, but in the book Herriot wrote he is very handsome and all the women liked him very much.

"Tristan and James" are seem to be brothers in some pictures.

    It is wonderful at all.

  • lovely! thanx for posting =)

  • And to the two miserable gits who thumbed this down, show us if you can do any better..Thank you for the upload Herriotrox.

  • @DaveyC95 :

    You are very welcome. =)

  • I liked Lynda Bellingham as Helen..As there was an 8 year gap between series 3 and 4 i did not see Carol Drinkwater in the role as i was born after the original series was made, and until it was repeated on UK Gold in 1999 i found it strange at first..But one person i loved after the early series repeats on Yesterday was Mrs Hall..Marvellous actress who played her, the late, great Mary Hignett.

  • i love mrs Hall, she is just so cool, and alf wight is an amazing, amazing man (alf wight is the real james herriot)

  • A divorce situation would not have been accepted by James Herriott who had very high moral values and was against divorce. He was very upset when his daughter divorced. As he had strict control over the scripts he would veto anything that was against his values or changes to his storylines he considered inappropiate He even had the eccentric seigfrieds character toned down when the real seigfried became upset at his tv portrayal

  • I loved Carol Drinkwater as Helen and was so disappointed when Linda Bellingham took over the role. It would have been preferable to adapt the stories to have James Herriot divorcing Helen and remarrying a character second wife played by Linda. I just couldn't accept the change of actresses.

  • Aww, that was a great tribute video! I couldn't agree more, All Creatures is the best show ever. That and The Wonder Years and I am in my happy place. Thanks so much for posting for all us fans :)

  • I adore Seigfried soooo much

  • Thanks.

  • Thank you for posting this, it seems to be nearly impossible to find pictures from the show online and I enjoyed your compilation.
