This scene was comedy relief that Capcom of America removed, and decided to put in a new scene that was completely made up and had nothing to do with the story. Yea, I'm talking about the awkward American scene where Nina suddenly says she loves Cray; I always felt that it was so out of place and didn't fit into the story. i think theres another tiny deleted scene. The party needs to go thru a gate (cant remember which). Ursula was goin to use violence to go thru. Ryu stops ursula by reaching his hand infront of her, grabbing her chest. Ursula then ask how long he'll be holding her for. Ryu then realized this, then quickly retract his hand.
You better be freaking kidding me, we see a man's WHOLE NAKED BODY and yet they decide to censor a scene where TWO WOMENS SHOULDERS are showing? Shame on whoever decided this.
Game censorship is so silly at times. Killer7 has a sex scene in it, albeit a clothed one. Then again, I guess people were more conservative back in 2000.

It got cut in the American version not because of those (sexy ^^) naked shoulders, but because Nina was shocked at how (implied) large Ursula's breast were, which is what drew Ryu to try and sneak a peek.
