@mustangman271 Hah don't sweat it, just pointing it out! And hell yea its a nice car, I have a 98 maro right now but damn I'd love to get my hands on a 1st gen someday, they're beautiful cars.
I know this will never happen, but I wanna see a 69 Camaro already going 40mph, and when you smash on the gas it'll still burn out! I would lose my mind if I ever see some shit like that.
Man this is what crusin' is all about. I hope I get to cruse with some muscle driving my 72 K20 Chevy pickup down to the OC cruise weekend. Nice cars gentlemen!
The real lesson to take away from all this is. If your going to call someone out on a Camaro you damn well better know what you're talking about. Because if you don't there are plenty of people that do and they will waste no time correcting you.
dual quads, nice. my friend just built a 65 fairlane, all new motor, dual quads, SCJ heads, cars a beast, damn near flipped over when it goes up in a wheelie
@and908 Yeah your right, and yes we can tell your 18. :).
Want to know the easiest and Fastest way to tell a 67 Camaro/Mustang/Mopar from 68 models.?.......Fullproof and without question?????
Ok then....67s Do NOT have side marker lights or reflectors........... But ALL 1968 MY US cars have federally mandated Side markers...........There you go..qwik, easy and simple. No Wheel wells, No wingy things, just side markers. Now youve learnt something new about ALL makes.
@and908 Also 67 didn't have side marker lights on the front fenders and rear quarter panels. 68 is when the government started making them put the side marker lights on. Also 67 had round turn signals in the grill, 68 had a more of a rectangle look. Consoles also changed 68's are the same as the 69's and the ZL2 cowl induction was not a option until 69.
then the 69s have the bottom park lights below the headlights, look at it, your right about everything else, i just felt like bein a smartass, lol, and then of course 60's and 70's have the different body styles
Look close, see the small window it front seats (wing window) 67 the only year with wing windows. I bought my 1st first generation Camaro over 25 years ago. Thanks for watching & your comment.
@BrianEibner glad to see people who still know how to spot the cars from any angle, and908 has a very well laid out list of ways to spot the year, he just left out the turn indicators in the lower valance on the 69, which is the part that makes that year so sexy IMHO.
God I love Camaro's.

just look at the body line on the side, 69 is on top of wheel wells, 67 and 68 are below top an inch or 2, and 67 has wing window, 68 dont

Easiest way to tell first gen camaros are wheel wells and wing windows
67: wing window and rounded wheel wells
68: no wing window And rounded wheel wells
69: squared wheel wells no wing window and gills in front of rear wheel well
You guys should know this.. I'm 18
