  • Maybe it was magnesium deficiency. Lack of magnesium can cause twitching and spasms and even low bone mass. Too much calcium can cause twitching and spasms.

  • nanny i dont think jester was trying to be rude... i was really overweight and i finally got down to around 170 (my ideal weight at 6ft. 2in, or at least close enough) and all the strange problems like the one you describe ceased to occur. You'd be surprised.. losing weight changes your entire physical makeup (at least that's how it feels). It's like a rebirth or something.

  • oooooooh, that stings. not. i know i'm fat. but at least i don't go around youtube looking for people to make fun of. have a nice day.

  • This and about 1000 other things are causes by being overweight. Hit the gym.

  • You really didn't know if she had already lost weight to get where she is now. One snapshot in time doesn't tell you everything. BTW, Jester, I heard lithium makes you grow more brain cells. Try some.
