and its easier to notice when the drummer made a mistake as compared to the guitars..unless its really a big mistake on the guitarists part. hehe

I guess, if you wanted to. Basically, the mp3 player mixes in with the drums. If you turn the metronome on you will hear that too (as well as the recording if your doing it for youtube.)

I wear the headphones because I dont have a good amp setup for the drums.

Have you 90% of the recordings that use real drums on youtube? They are horrible. Really bad. It costs a lot of money to buy a mixing board and good mics to get a good RECORDED sound out of acoustics.

Nowadays, e drum becomes better and better, especially this td3. It has features almost everything like acoustic. Not mentioning other features and advantages, such as small, quite, metronome, kit presets, easy for recording, aux in for practicing songs, etc etc etc.lol

Dude i dont give a fuck what they other say you dont look unhappy you holding the woods wrong, you play the track as it should be and that's the best point out of the song 5/5 because i have been playing it before and out and peform with the song and it's just like that. It's a really good job you've done right here, and that's why you should get some credit from other's : )

honestly - buy the best V-drums you can afford. I waited until I had enough for the all-mesh td3 because I didn't want rubber toms.

Well, that looks like the all mesh td-3 for now. I can always upgrade, though. Maybe some Kit toys cymbals, and better drum triggers.

I seen the single trigger kit toys cymbals - they look nice. If I had more outputs I might get them. The triggers are fine as they are for the drums. The TD-3 doesn't support dual trigger toms, only the snare.

Hey man this is great! Where did you get a kit with all mesh heads? i have a TD-3 but there is just one mesh head. I atually don't like the mesh heads. I thing the rim is a bit to thick and somethimes i hit it when i don't mean to. Do you have this problem? If so how did you fix it?

I got it from drumbalaya, I really like the mesh heads. I used to hit the rim a lot, but if you angle the drums just right it wont happen much at all. And it forces you to be more accurate too...

You seem a little tense but it sounds good so its not that much of a problem.

When you do the Ghost Notes work on your doubles and having all your fingers on the stick not just your index finger and thumb it makes it easier but it feels weird at first.

Not really, thats how I feel when I listen to some of the harder songs. It's all in muscle memory - practice enough and you won't have to think so hard to apply what you want to play to the kit. Not that I'm a good example of that :)

unfortunately my TD3 doesn't list what they are. I just choose a number. Its very basic but there are some good sounds.

not sure how the td6 works but I just went through and picked each one that sounded the best and saved it. I have about 3 saved kits that I switch between.

yea the reason i love acoustic is because if someone sees u playing electric drum sets and ur playing really good then it doesnt really look as if ur playing but if ur playing an acoustic it actually looks like ur playing and acoustics look sweeter
