Dear sir this song Gen Zia period , this show telecast in 1989, when bibi first time pm of Pakistan, and jawaid Jabbar was information minister. When this show telecast at that time Election in Punjab PPP lose the set because of IJI companing against this show.

It seems the cameraman is shy to take a close up during this performance! 1989 was the time when Zia's rule had just ended and the Mullah's still ruled the roost. They got this program banned after this song If I remember correctly. And I think Nazia was pretty disgusted. She didn't sing for a while after that.

One of the saddest days of my childhood was when the mullah's banned this program hosted by Nazia and Zohaib from PTV. In those days PTV was the only channel we had and those bigots complained thats unhealthy that young people are shown dancing on TV.

This program also launched Ali Azmat........before that he was only known to play in private functions in Lahore. Yaro yehi dosti hay was the biggest hit of those times.
