The President approvals all speeches. It's impossible to memorize all the speeches the President has to give, along with the other duties he has. Comparing the President now to Washington, or Jefferson....they didn't have as many issues as Modern Presidents do.

The President approvals all speeches. It's impossible to memorize all the speeches the President has to give, along with the other duties he has. Comparing the President now to Washington, or Jefferson....they didn't have as many issues as Modern Presidents do.

You don't have to memorize the entire text of a speech or a talk - what you should do, is memorize the points you are going to talk about. And there is nothing wrong with carrying cards just in case.
