Instrument changes (doublings) in Sibelius and Finale

In Finale 2012 (and perhaps in 2011), there is now a "Change Instrument" option in the Utilities menu which functions almost exactly like Sibelius. It doesn't appear to give the text markings, though, that Sibelius does. But it is an easier process than the Staff Style method.
