  • i wanted to cook and the sauce spoiled my mood... what is the ingredient of the sauce, Hiu Yau????

  • Your English was more than fine and the food looked delicous! If you provided a recipe I would happily make this with the new carbon steel Wok I just got!! For me it's not the year of the dragon, it's the year I finally make good stirfys! Thanks for your good video. Kung Hei Fa Choi

  • what are the ingredients for the SAUCE...Incomplete recipe

  • YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM :)

  • great video... you forgot to show how to make the sauce! :-(

  • Anyone who can't understand his English obviously aren't very literate themselves.

  • I'm comfuse, what kind of sauce ? Soy sauce + Oyster sauce ? Please let me know.

  • was going to make witty comment about his english, but that wouldnt get a thumb up

  • His English is very good, not easy given that it's not his native language. It is interesting that he over enunciates words, almost like a computer voice or Kindle reading a book. I guess that is one way to learn English if you don't take a class. The dish looks good, but again, what sauce? And what cut of beef do you use? flank steak?

  • so what is the name of the sauce?

  • @pussiecyatdoll

Probably its a mixture of soy and oyster sauce.

  • what is the name of the sauce that he adds at the end..... he didnt mention it... how am i suppose to cook now?

  • "HAllo, my name is HEEL."

  • Very well presented and easy to follow. Please ignore negative comments; your English vocabulary is exemplary -- superior to many native speakers.

    keep up the good work!

  • Chwenty seconds

  • To pick on this dish, it looks ugly: the way they are chopped, he color..... But it does not matter because I think it will taste good :)

  • rooking good

  • that looks amazing!! ahh im so hungry

  • He shows how to make the sauce in another video.

  • It is 345 AM and I am STARVING.. My hunger it is such that I woke up... .

  • what kind of sauce did you use? What part of the beef did you use? Did you regular cooking oil? or is Vegetable oil or Canola Oil? which one

  • It’s quite difficult to speak Chinese / Korean if you’ve only known English, and the other way around. Our alphabets, the sounds we both make, are different so we try to find similar sounds to make syllables (accents). Try to pronounce the some Chinese words correctly and you will see it’s tough. I feel for people learning a foreign language. It's hard enough to understand the fast speaking let alone be made fun of trying to communicate. The guys trying to teach here. have some class.

  • thhank you so much! quick, easy, and tasty

  • The sauce recipe is in another video he made.

  • GREAT AND FAST!

  • hoes on my dick cuzi look like matlock

  • 1:40 ide do that and it'd be up the walls...

  • ohhohohohhoooo Food turns me on,MMmmmm

  • What kind of beef you used? Did you pre-marinate the beef to achieve the tenderness? I always do, other wise my beef will be too tough to eat. Thanks for sharing.

  • @haiyan99 hi, im his boyfriend, and he used chuck beef, but u can use any cut, as long as u cut them thin. Marinating is important, as you say, but I believe tendericing is good. Good Luck-Chuck

  • @BarFAN21 Did you say your his boyfriend, or did you say that wrong.

  • @FaithAngel86 yeah we're gay whats up

  • @BarFAN21 Oh nothing wrong. Just wondering, not to be in your business though.

  • good video i try to make quick n east recipes for a tight budget

  • Good instruction, but I'd wash the wok after cooking the raw beef for both health reasons and taste.

  • I need to know how to make the sauce ! I love it to much

  • the sauce must be between oyster and cooking wine judge by the thick of the sauce....I guess

  • Idiots ...He is Chinese speaking very good English....u on the other hand don't know a word of Chinese. So who is better eh???

  • @tanyasheikh123

Why should he learn chinese? he doesn't live in china, and the guy on the video speaks very bad english. Oh great I'm sitting on stuff and using stuff INVENTED, CONCEIVED, DESIGNED by western minds and built by cheap workers using western made factory tools and western invented assemply lines. OHHH I'M SO OWNED! LOL

  • @tanyasheikh123 haha ur cool too

  • @zgargragarewg You can just buy the sauce. Its just stir-fry sauce. Go buy a bottle of General Tao.

  • @davidwooow

    probably oyster sauce plus

  • the sauce is a mixture of oyster sauce together with soya sauce.

  • shallot=green chinese onion?

  • Comment removed

  • Sha Cha sauce is the original one, btw you kitchen looks horrible what ever your wok stands on looks like berlin after second world war

  • it can be any sauce you want, hoi-sin, teriyaki, beefblackbean, sweetnsour, as long as you have the main meat and veg cooked add watever sauce you want, and another good tip for chinese cooking is use a tiny bit of sesame oil too, trust me it will transform your dish

  • i think its Hoisin sauce

  • @anenigmainme Hoisin or soy either will do...

  • So, what about the dogs?

  • You see a dark sauce with high viscosity I guess it is lobster sauce, or soy sauce ... but I think the sauce is not so important, I mean if you want something good to eat it doesn´t matter so much ... when I cook chinese food (since I´m from europe) I put there everihting I like and fry it :D

  • Yeah the sauce recipe is missing! Why dont you offer a cooking course for sale with us? Cant hurt, and you might make some money...

  • it should be oyster sauce. or thick soy sauce. but most likely oyster.

  • @ all of the people talking about the sauce...he has a vid posted of him making the sauce. Search "chinese stir fry sauce", it should be the first result you get

  • by the color it looks like wasabi , my guess . idk maybe something else

  • or an oyster sauce

  • It's probably hoisin sauce

  • fish sauce maybe

  • i think the souse is tarikae or wtf it called (( you found it in the Chinese restaurant on every meal )

  • looks good

  • The dish is damn plain.. indians would face a lot of trouble to eat this..

  • to me it looks like oyster sauce

  • Damn that looks good.

  • shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

  • thats a damn dirty kitchen, if i saw my kitchen like that i would go crazy.... and use steel wool to scrub everywhere....

  • @Channypogosticks it's not dirty, it has burn marks

  • @lovexoxohug I was not talking about the wok, but the stove and counter etc..... stainless steel appliances no matter how much burn and charred they get you could always shine it up again since they are made of oil and sauce... you can tell if the kitchen is dirty if the rims of your stove is shiny or not, and in this case it is not which leads to my statement... the smallest details say alot.... when i cook i always scrub everything i touched....

  • @Channypogosticks I take it you've never been to a real Chinese restraurant then?

  • @marcuelcajon well of course i know it is not a very clean place out in those restaurants, since they operate in a eat your stuff and get the hell out mentality. but that is not the case right here, this is your own HOUSE.... then i suppose your house is not very clean... tsk tsk tsk i bet you only let your parents clean after you...

  • This seems like a pretty easy recipe. Thank you for a simple Chinese recipe that I can actually attempt to make.

  • I can't do that flippy thing that you did with the stir fry. Is there some kind of trick to it?

  • @esmezara get a cold wok and put some beads or raw rice into it and tip the pan downwards slightly until the beads move towards the opposite end of the pan. Then gently flick your wrist upwards and the beads should flip. Hope this helps.
