Honestly i don't think that this map is smiliar to Mansion. The ideer behind the Map "Hotel" is coming from act 5 capter 3-end. It's the place where you find Adam Fenix etc etc. Mansion have more levels in it, while hotel is more ground based. I understand what you mean when you say that it looks alot like mansion, because of the ways you can go. But the map is not in anyway the ideer for Hotel. Thats my personal Oppinion

@GoldGloveTV Actually, I think you're better than Arctic. And I've seen a ton of his gameplay. He's a really good support player, but I think you'd definitely beat him in a 1v1. Also, a players true skill is revealed when you don't have a full team. It's easy to look good when you have a full team of "MLG" players.

Retro Lancer = Earned in the beta.

Anything else is from doing shit in previous Gears games.

I find Hotel quite interesting, for the fact that it is divided into two different areas, the Lobby which is mainly CQC and then the road outside for long range rifle combat.

I quite like it, or maybe thats because I won a match of TDM being the last man standing against 2 or 3 guys.

Whoever controls the lobby pretty much wins, because the other team is basically trapped outside and in order for them to actually get kills, they're forced to try and push into the lobby...which results in getting fucked.
