I think "best" is a subjective term. I will say this though, Xzibit is EASILY one of the most slept on dude based on the amount of skills he has. It's just amazing how little pub he gets when you think about who is popular.

At the same time, that one dude running around saying he's "the best emcee alive" sounds absolutely corny saying that shit. For people that like Hip Hop, he's not even in the Top 30 or 40 Emcees.
