  • Coach Rooney, have you ever used the Doubler Workout for Back and Biceps? For example, maybe something like 5 Pendlay Rows, 10 Deadlifts, 20 Chins? That would make for some killer grip work too!

  • @CoolHandBernard I sure am. BTW whats wrong with being breast fed? Don't you realize how much protein is in breast milk? It's the cornerstone of any good nutritional plan.
