Good call on the Choppa video... It was hilarious!! Good answer on the "How to start cooking" question.  I've worked in foodservice for better than 10 years and it's perfectly okay to have 'educational moments', so long as you learn from them. Great bit of advice to tell people not to bite off more than they can chew at one time. Start small and work your way up. Keep up the great work!!
