Proud Family was probrably the ONLY show of it's time that didn't need crappy overused cliche jokes or gross humor to be funny. Not to mention it actually had realistic plots people could relate to (bullying,stealing, racism, and more) and not those overused stupid plots. Also characters were ORIGINAL (Oscar: father, snack creator, animals hate him, makes fun of his mother which backfires on him.) and weren't cardboard cutouts of cliche' characters.
