You change the settings from good to best on the settings tab.

what did u use to record this? was it the Adaptec GameBridge AVC 1400

Yes and it was on a different computer with a slower CPU. I have a better one with a faster CPU so there won't be any more sound lag. I'm going to make my videos widescreen for now on!
