  • they look familar.

  • 5:02 HOT HEATHER! ;0)

  • still lovin this 4yrs later!

    :D

  • Let's just face it... heather langenkamp is the best looking and most successful so everyone just stop comparing them plz...

  • Sing it, Heather! Woo!

  • 50 bucks a night....wow...they got top dollar back then..haha

  • i still can't believe 3 out of the four lubbock babes were in a nightmare on elm street films

  • hallo everybody, i have a question. do anyone know what's the name of the 80's tv show where five girls live with their single dad?

  • @piper33ful was it rags to riches?

  • @piper33ful that would be 'just the 10 of us'

  • thanks for posting this this show brings back so many memories this should be on dvd but no luck on amazon

  • I can't remember which order I initially saw this show and the 1st four Elm Street movies in, but I Did develop an eternal admiration and respect for Heather. Oh sure! Jamie may have been hot! Brooke alright. Undecided about Jo. But yeah, it was nice to see her in something like this. I haven't seen Rumble Fish or Nickel Mountain. Did see Shocker. Trying to get The Demolitionist on dvd. She played one of the few characters in Elm Street that wasn't a victim. Even if she was a nerd.

  • Heather was by fay the finest, but they made her the nerd,a running joke/theme with the show but also because Jaime Luner said it needed to be like that, it was the only way she would stay on the show. She wanted to be every american boy's fantasy, too bad it didn't work...

  • I watched this show EXCLUSIVELY for Jamie Luner

  • Wow, I so remember this! I remembered the episodes a little differently, but still....

  • Such innocent brains in centerfold bodies... Marie and Cindy would need to be locked away for their own protection.

  • That actor looks familiar.......the club owner......

  • Heather =) Once again, still my favorite!

  • Always loved Connie the best.

  • @Lovesneeze I was 25 when this show was on, so I had no excuse for watching it except for fresh flesh.

  • @TheStutteringPrick Ohhhhhhhhh hell yeah 80s fesh flesh.....nice way of putting it. Happy 2011.

  • @TheStutteringPrick I was 23. I watch it and love it for the girls

  • 3 of them were in the Nightmare On Elm Street Movies ;)

  • Decent LangenCleavage at 8:10. This show made me watch NOES, not the other way around.

I got car-jacked around the time this show was on the air. It was a good distraction from my miserable life.

  • I love the part when Marie turns the wrong way and starts singing. I forgot how funny this show actually was. I know this was a spinoff of Growing Pains, but I always liked this show better. I remember being in 5th grade, and couldn't wait for it to be on Friday night. Langenkamp was my favorite too.

  • Ahh! The Lubbock Babes! One of my friends was hot for Heather and another was hot for Jamie and I was hot for Brooke! So we never missed an episode!

  • This is better than reality crap of today. Reality tv is getting worse by the minute.

  • hilarious! i remember watching this as a kid as thinking how awesome Heather and Brooke were to move on after Freddy!

  • i love how serious marie always. Oh Catholics

  • Jamie Luner is one fine ass women

  • I used to watch this show just to see how many beavers these girls would shoot at the camera each episode.

  • lol, "Um, Marie was about to eat a fattening snack!"

Yeah, and we don't want her blow up like a squeling pig!"

"You'll never forgive yourself Marie if you open your mouth - for food!"

I love this show! So funny! Marie is awesome! It's so weird that Heather, Brooke and JoAnn were ALL in A Nightmare On Elm Street at one point or another!

  • @cocoflavouredtiktaks Didn't know JoAnn was in Elm Street!

I watched this because of NMOE

  • This was the golden age of sitcoms!

  • This series was the best series of all time.

Would it be funny if Marie sang the Elm Street chant to the audience?

  • jamie lunar :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) :o) kisses hehe

  • 1:50 lol upper left corner... ponytail spin haha

  • wow that janie luner is a babe great post

  • Heather Langenkamp is a really good singer!!! I'm so like Marie!! Although I don't were glasses, but I might have to get them. Marie is definitley the best singer!! I can't find any of the episodes apart from 13-24 and it sucks!! I had to be born after JTTOU was over didn't I!!!

  • @tinyirritatingpixie

    I know what you mean

  • Three out of the four eldest daughters all appeared in at least one of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. Heather Langenkamp was Nancy in Nightmare 1 and 3. Joann Willette was one of the girls on the bus at the beginning of Nightmare 2 and Brooke Theiss was in Nightmare 4 as Debbie.

  • ha ha, man when Karaoke was a novelty...

  • I had a crush on all three of the oldest daughters..

  • For those that weren't sure, the missing clip of Jamie Lunar's song was called "Between Like and Love" and it was originally by Billy Vera and the Beaters.

  • i been looking for this show for years i always thought it was called something with the word coach in it cuz the father was a coach but everytime i put coach just that other crap show with the football theme

  • I would have risked death by Coach Lubbock's hands to have each of his 4 four oldest daughters.

  • Man Heathe rLangenkamp can really sing. All this time I knew her just as Nancy from Nightmare on Elm Street

  • Ih god I just love this show, it's so freaking cool and funny.

  • why did you cut the best part cindy sings

  • They just blew their production budget at 0:55 with the unprecedented triple screen. ABC suits summarily went apeshit, big time, and the show didn't have much longer to live.

  • @agenttorpor The same thing happened to ABC's Batman series, which aired 20 years before this show. Batman consistently went over its production budget, and the network responded by cutting costs in the third season - i.e. making the sets cheaper and getting rid of Aunt Harriet. Also, everyone knew it didn't have long to live when episodes began to be shown only once a week.

  • this was one of my best shows, when I was a little girl.

  • the one of the end got turned into a cockroach in nightmare 4

  • i'm embarrassed to say I watched this show :-D Thanks for posting

  • FREDDY'S GONNA GET YA!!

  • The brother had freddy shurts to. love this show.

  • Langenkamp butters my toast, big time.

  • shit yes and I want the redhead too.

  • I LOVED this show - never missed it! In fact I still have a cassette I made of The Lubbock Babes songs from the soundtrack. Great show - should be on DVD (as I understand it, its the rights to the songs which are preventing it from being issued on DVD...and that SUCKS!)

  • Pure 80's premium velveeta! I miss this show!

  • $50 a night??? What a shit deal...even 20 years ago.

  • I don't know if anyone remembers but the little brother had a Freddy Krueger poster in his room because he was obsessed with horror. Just another NOES reference.

  • I believe the black guy in the tux is Dennis Haysbert. And yeah, Brooke Theiss and Jamie Luner were the major reasons why I watched this show.

  • these girls can really sing . AMERICAS GOT TALENT . HEATHER is a darling .

  • I think the only one of these girls that wasn't in a Nightmare on Elm Street movie was Jamie Luner (or Cindy).

  • Do you have the episode were they go to the Virgin Islands.

  • it wasnt called that when they got back lol

  • God, I used to be obsessed with this show, when I was a kid. A spinoff of Growing Pains, I think it was part of the original ABC TGIF. I spent many a Friday night watching Just The Ten Of Us and Full House. Good times.

  • Was this a spinoff of Growing Pains?

  • also whats the song called at the very end?

  • I believe that was the theme from Just the 10 of us

  • everyone keeps asking about the song at the end,are ya'll talking about "unchain my heart" it was recorded by multiple artists.most popular by ray charles

  • I Love This Show! Its So Awsome...My Favorite Actoress In This Seris Will Have To Be The Lovely Heather Langenkamp! So She Funny And Very Pretty.

  • does any one have any episodes on tape? Is there anyway to contact people about a dvd release?

  • i used to love this show growing up as part of the tgif line up on abc...

  • i love heather langenkamp the best, shes so beautiful

  • I HAVE to say this. It won't be popular and I'll get a million thumbs down.

    But their voices weren't great.

    They were hot though.

  • I totally agree. They couldn't sing for shite. But I didn't realize this when I was 9.

  • I agree too. I thought they were prety bad but 've heard worse, lol.

  • This was a very good sitcom and Heather Langenkamp was the best! I also liked the father, he was really fnny.

  • Man, I had the hots for all of those babes, especially Langenkamp.

  • In elementry school I had a crush on all the lubbock girls. And now 20 years later........After seeing this, I'm gonna have to say I still do!!!

  • The Lubbock Babes: The 80's version of the Spice Girls

  • is that an insult?

  • Does anyone have the clip of Jamie Luner singing the song Somewhere between like and love from this show.

  • Yeah too bad is wasn't included on this clip. She had a great voice.

  • Does anyone know who sang this song originally? I've been trying to find the original version of it since I first heard it and have never been able to find it.

  • Me too - I fell in love with it on this show, and have never been able to find out who sang the original! I'm not even sure of the title so I couldn't really google it, and nothing has shown up on lyric searches. Would still love to see the clip of Jamie singing it :)

  • That's hot! The Lubbock Babes had a special role in my becoming a man. It's a wonder I didn't go blind.

  • I bet if today someone were to ask Johnny Depp about Heather Langenkamp he'd be like "Who"? lol

  • A guy like Johnney would remember his costar especially since it was his first movie roll.

  • @BlackDahliaMurderFan I bet you are wrong about that. How could he forget who was in his first movie?!?

  • @nancykarstecmc He could forget easily. Just like i'm sure Jackie Earl Haley wishes he could forget about being Freddy in that terrible Nightmare On Elm Street remake!

  • I soo love Heather from nightmare on elm street to this as a kid I allways lookup to her she was and still is my fav. and a great sing she sound good.

  • Sad to say it, but I like the nerd..

  • So do I. She's smokin' hot.

  • If you mean Marie, yes. She wasn't really a nerd when the show began. Believe it or not, Heather Langenkamp turns 44 this year...and is still a hottie!

  • @overoffstudios she's nancy from the original Nightmare On Elm Street

  • Why was 50s pop rock so popular in the 80s?! Rock Around the Clock, not Born to Be Wild BTW

  • for a second i thought nightmare on elm street was having a reunion.

    creepy.

    i miss this show :(

  • Wasn't Jamie Luner the cutest girl in the universe back then?? Not that Heather Langenkamp, Brooke Theiss, and Jo Ann Willette weren't either but she was the hottest of them all, I think!!

  • I remember the TGIF line-up being Full House, Family Matters(spin-off of Perfect Strangers), Perfect Strangers, and Just the 10 of us(spin-off of Growing Pains).

  • Great comments :)

  • Bill, I'm a MAJOR Just The Ten Of Us fan and you were great in the show and so was everybody else and of course all the girls playing your oldest daughters were cute and funny [I LOVE them all!], I just wish there would have been more than 47 episodes and I'm praying every day for Warner Bros. to release the show on DVD!! Later, Steve

  • freilich, aber die serie soll als dvd in deutscher sprache kommen. bill kirchenbauer was born in salzburg/austria!

  • Remember TGIF-on Fridays at 8-10pm they aired Full House, Perfect Strangers, Just the 10 of Us, and a 4th sitcom...over the years it varied b/c at one point it was full house, family matters, and 2 other shows.

  • i wish this show was back on. I really liked it. i liked the episodes where they sung.

  • i OWN THE WHOLE SERIES

  • LUCKY!!! PLEASE I BEG YOU..PLEASE PUT IT ON YOUTUBE!!! I'll Be So Happy

  • Do u really? R u serious?

Yeah that would be awesome if u put them all up here on youtube! :-)

  • You have the whole series?

I remember there was an episode where they go to Hawaii or Florida or something. There were some awesome shots of the girls in bikinis. How about doing us all a favor and posting a clip from that episode? We'd all be grateful.

  • Thanks for posting this...I used to watch this show every friday on TGIF!

  • didn't watch this either

  • Would have been funny if Freedy Krueger came in and started chasing Heather around the stage saying "There you are!!!"

  • lol, yea!

  • Lmao...I Agree...And/Or Actually If Robert Englund(He Plays Freddy) He Was A Special Guest For The Show He Can Hit On Heather(Nancy/Marie) On And off Stage And Behind The Scenes!!! Lol I Wish In Real Life They Could Of Got married...But They Can't There Married To Someone Else :(

  • LOOK, NANCY AND DEBBIE! lol

  • Joanne Willette was in Part Two of the Elm Street series. She was one of the girls at the beginning on the bus being attacked by Freddy in the main character's dream.

  • Please lets show a little respect for Lindsey! After all she spent 84 minutes in jail today. LMAO!!

  • I liked this show. Even though it was cheesy. And just think, this song was the "bomb" back then and Lindsey Lohan wasn't even a thought then.

  • I know, that's why these were good times ;)

  • honestly is lindsay a thought now?

  • Hotness, thy name is the Lubbock Babes.

  • Awesome! That was one of my favorite shows growing up. It needs to be on DVD like NOW!

  • thanks for posting. miss that show : (

  • Can you please post the one when the girls went to hawaii

  • Those girls had presence! Why didn't ABC or Warner Bros. try for a tie-in album? I mean, even if it's all covers, I'd buy it.

  • Hey, is this show on DVD? I have been looking for it for well over a decade. If anyone knows please let me know. Also, if it is on reruns i want to know where. thanks

  • No, but I'm hoping that when they get to the "Growing Pains" season where the family is introduced, it would come soon after. I really wish that they'd put "Parker Lewis Can't Lose" and "Mr. Belvedere" on DVD. :(

  • lol @ 2:48

  • That episode was so funny I loved that show when I was growing up! Thanks for posting!

  • Thanks for posting this.I loved this show. All the

girls were hot especially Connie (Joann Willette).

I had a big time crush on her.

  • I was in love with Brooke Theiss!

  • Thanks so much for posting this! I had seen one of the "Lubbock Babes" episode but not this one. (Jamie Luner is so hot.) Nice editing job too. Thanks again!

  • This is a blast from the past! Thanks for posting this! Great job!!

They were called the Lubbock Babes for no real reason. It was just the name they went by when they were singing. It's was an 80/90ss show, nothing deep or anything to the name.

  • thanks for posting luv these 80's retroshows if you have any more episodes please post them thanks

  • Why were they called the lubbock babes?

  • Probably, it was Wendy's idea.

  • Because Their last name was Lubbock and they were nice looking girls? Maybe?

  • Someone bring this back to youtube...it had three episodes one day, then they disappeared. :[

  • This show ruled. Jamie Luner was the hottest chick on TV in that era.

  • The final episode of the series was also the last time they actually sang. Heather Langenkamp does a great song where she starts a riot in the pizza place.

Jamie Lunar had the best voice and range but Heather was still awesome.

  • Was that the ep where a guy dies from a heart attack?

  • THAT Was my favorite one! I loved the song Marie sings lead on with the burnt dress and incites a riot! :)

  • Marie is my fav. ;)

  • oh my god I use to watch this all the time..Awesome!!

  • For the kids Heidi Zeigler was the ypungest and Heather Langenkamp was the oldest. Heather was in her 20s.

  • Heather's character Marie was the oldest girl in the family...but in real life Jo Ann Willette (Connie) was the oldest actress of the girls.

  • The girl in the glasses was in the first Nightmare on Elm Street.

  • two of freddy's victims star on this show....

brooke theiss....debby, who gets squashed in part 4. and nancy my personal fav...

  • Actually, three. Jo Ann Willette had a minor role in part2, she was killed on the school bus.

  • I'm your boyfrind now nancy, Just had to say it :) cool clip

  • Mr Bill - check this out... Brooke has been in quite a bit since Just the ten of us

go to IMDB . com and search for Brooke

  • I was able to track her down on classmates. She's doing good. It was great to hear from her.
