    I do Pilates evercise , i do Abs and Butt , and this one Hips and Thighs ,

    i do it 5 times a week,and take rest at saturday and sunday ,

    is that ok ?

  • @xxxMostEnviedGurlxxx Yes that is more than the average person workout. Make sure you listen to your body. If you are extremely sore and stiff, you should rest 2 days before doing your exercises again.

  • @xxxMostEnviedGurlxxx yeah that seems pretty good. if you're trying to lose weight, throw in some cardio but if ur just trying to be toned and maintain yourself, then the plan you have is brilliant!

  • hi nicole.. as regards cardio and toning excersises would you do say 2 videos of cardio and then these to get results or do one cardio one toning

  • What I love about these workouts is that they're short and easy to fit in your daily schedule. And Nicole's a really good coach. :D

    Btw first time I did this one.. that last exercise.. I just couldn't do it haha. Really need to work on that!

  • @fourcornerss Pilates in general is safe to do daily since it doesn't work the muscles to fatigue like traditional strength training does.

  • Hi, sorry to say you cannot move or change your bone structure. What you can do is shrink the fat that lays upon the bone and muscle. You can also strenthen the muscle as this will also burn fat. L. April Certified P. T.

  • very similar to pilates from Mary Windsor...I've worked out every day for 1 month and LOST an inch in my tights and I have no cellulite in my bumps anymore :D

  • Ohh jeeez, i'm 14 a UK size 8 and my thighs are 56cm, and that's when i pull the measuring tape rather firmly!

    How many times a day did you do the excercises? That's fantastic to say you've lost that much in 2 weeks! I hope I can have the determination to do the same!

  • yes it really does work usually my dad sleeps during the dad and the computer that actually works is in there and we have a laptop and it messes up so i have to take notes and do it from there and remember it. but today actually didn't mess up .. thanks nicole. i really needed this .. i tryin to lose wieght.

    i used the weighted hula hoop and ive lost 6 inches from my waist in about a month!

    i went from 35 to 29!

    by the way im 14.

  • Does this like slim your thighs? Will it make you bulk up?

  • If you're cramping you're probably dehydrated and should try to drink more water before, during and after working out. Also maybe do a cardio video first to warm your muscles up before you do the pilates.

  • if you re cramping is cause you don t have enough minerals in your body

  • yesss. apparently it means youre dehydrated but im not sure? my feet do that lots too and i just have to relax them for a minute and it goes away.

  • the best thing about pilates is that is does NOT make you bulky. it makes you slimmer, more toned and flexible.

  • The only way to lose hip fat is general fat reduction. Cardio!

  • you can pin-point weight loss, especially in your thighs. This will help you tone and lengthen, and it that way your thighs will appear thinner.

  • hi i have been doing this for a week now and when i do it i feel it working and everything but afterwards my legs feel a bit soar and stuff and then a few min later they will jsut feel like i did something to themm and then the next day i dont feel anything... any suggestions wat to do or why its like that?

  • It's like that with any excercise. When you excercise, your muscles rip, then form new muscle tissue. Your body isn't used to that kind of excercise. The soreness is good, but you have to let your muscles rest from time to time. Nice job.

  • Yes, if your legs are mostly fat. but if they're just muscly then you're naturally curvy and there's not a lot you can do about that.

  • you can do it on your carpet , or if you want to actually use something maybe a towel? i have the mat and barely use it lol. but good luck , this excersise looks great.

  • i guess it is almost the same, right? In reality, they only ask you to use a matress so that you don't notice the hard floor while you're doing the exercices, so I suppose it doesn't matter wheather you use a matress or a carpet
