@josephdupont I didn't think of that. The only thing is that is a VERY long process. The coals were still warm 24hrs. after i put them on...you could always set something up and just leave the vac on.
i have done this several times it really is the best way to burn one out

have you thought of using a revesed vacuum cleaner as a blower .. to get the charcoal really hot?
