@theirishsparten I'm sorry to disagree, but there is a part in the fire temple where you need arrows Its the very small room right after the big rolling ball room. The small room has a skinny bridge type of structure and there is an eye that you shoot if you fall, you end up in the very first room with the really long bridge... just sayin

you have to beat both the fire and water temples first. then just go to Kakariko village and the scene will happen on its own.
