@d4nr055 Power steering is a matter of steering mechanics not the engine. you would be hard pressed to find any space in a 240z for a power steering gear.
Sounds amazing although i dont get the 3/4 throttle deal. Its like people put that as insurance in case others who are watching think the car is still slow. Then people will say o yeah but that was 3/4 throttle thats why. lol. Its a damn good video but i doubt thats 3/4 throttle.

how do you know it would eat it ? an unmodified rb26deTT produces about 300 to 320hp an unmodified vq35de (take note theres no TT) produces 300hp so there very similar in power
but power to weight ratio might be a bit different
so just saying that an rb26deTT would eat it for breakfast might be getting to ahead of your self there because that rb is gonna have a hell of a time trying to catch the vq

@osoqiktsi yes i personally know the owner. both cars belong to the same guy. both cars were running stock engines. the interiors were almost exactly the same. he has a vg30 510 and an sr20 510 as well. he has a handful of them cuz he's a 510 nutcase. if i were you id look at the do-ability of the swap. both the VQ and RB swaps into 510s are difficult. personally, i would do an SR swap into the 510. plus mckinney makes parts for an SR swap. there will be a lot of fabrication with either VQ or RB
i actually read the thread where you posted this vid and didnt realize you started in 2nd gear cuz it sounded like 1st....but then saw that your running a 4.11 rear end!!? thats gotta be a handful to drive! IMO i think a 3.5 or 3.7 would be best especially for how light the car is
