believe it or not, I was going very light. The pain was only from the folding knife, when it's suppose to be that plus the joint. I definitely do not want to be one of those guys that is rough on their students! I hope this vid doesn't give the wrong image or encourage the wrong things. thanx for pointing it out though
No, at no time it looks like you are going to hard in the situation, it seems to be the right hardness to demonstrate a choke! it always looks very professional and your students trust you. And your explainings - as in all of your videos - are very good and often an inspiration to me. thx for this
