Yes i agree MObheata , it is more political with prison gangs. I have experience with the prison gang thing . I was incarcerated for a few years a while back. Its all pretty pointless , but prison has its own set of rules. It varies from state to state . I did time in Texas. It is just as bad as California as far as the racism goes. But people do and can get along in prison. I have seen it. I know Cali's prison system is among the worse.
