This is something you people over there have that we don't, I'm sure I could've interested our kids more if only they were allowed to make a contact under my supervision, who knows, probably the xyl too. It must be great having the radio as a family activity. Anyway, nice job Dad, did he steal your shack yet?

It's fine. His father is the control operator...does not matter whose voice it is.

The licensed dad is the control operator. the kid can transmit anything permitted under his dad's license. This gives his dad responsibility for the kid's transmittion. This is not illegal.

The dad has the license. He is the station operator. Anyone operating under him can use his call sign and any privileges permitted under his license. Not illegal.
