You get a picture from Google (Or anywhere, really), edit it so it has no white background (or whatever color the background could be), then you go to Pivot and hit import sprites. Once you've imported your sprite, you can learn how to import multiple sprites, delete every one you're using except for the sprite that'll be used in the first frame (A message box will pop up. Hit "No". And then keep adding them with every frame.
