I agree that the Hancock Tower has better views of the city than the Willis Tower. And it's in a better location. Why go to the south loop just to be a couple hundred feet higher? Willis Tower is isolated - nothing else of note around for tourists. The glass ledges on the Willis sky deck are an interesting attraction, it's just too bad they are on the WEST SIDE of the building with the worst views of the city, and no view of the lake. Hancock's observation deck is the wiser choice.
