if i put eyeshadow under my lower lashline, i use a fine brush or my pinky finger to apply a little bit of a base or primer under my eye to help it stick there and prevent fallout, or to stop it from going liney and going down my face during the day. maybe you already knew this but i thought it would be a good tip for people who maybe cant afford the best quality product like MAC/NYX etc [i mean, i know i cant lol]
