  • I feel bad for you kids these days and the music you have to listen to!!!!!

  • This was one of the first bands I heard that made me love music!God they rock!!

  • Best band ever. Period, end of story.

  • Reading the pages of comments from those(obviously superior ;-P) among us who clearly appreciate and love the truly original, and brutally honest music of Dulli's(and, ofc, those he has worked with), I start feeling it's not underrated at all. I mean, underrated by WHO? No one I know or would care to, that's for sure. That said, The fact that many many peeps out there were not and are not "ready" for this stuff? Absolutely. Very few friends I would even attempt to turn on to these guys. <3 U ALL

  • I use lines from this song in regular conversation all the time and my friends think I'm a rhetorical genius, LOL.

  • I Love These Guys!!!! One of the MOST underrated Bands EVER!!!! Way ahead of their time!!!

  • @shanetruth1970 ditto, there is nothing to add to this comment. they are one of the best bands out there

  • Song is so sick......even today, masterpiece!

  • @AWelshHooligan agreed!

  • love this song!!!! : )

  • "She was a perfect fit."

  • Christ, does Dulli look young here if you've seen him lately. Great musician, though.

  • From the greatest CD of the 90's. Don't just listen to the song. Get the CD. It's is brilliant.

  • Great music from the 90's....

  • @Duckfat00 Great music PERIOD!

  • Right up there with "Buffalo Tom",in the bleeding angst stakes.

  • great band great album didnt like the concert rock sellout though

  • according to todays standards, this video is cool because it has a black guy in it.

  • Never seen/heard this version, a lot different to the album.

  • bands may come and go but masterpieces like this tend to stick around...

  • The single most underrated band of the 1990's.

Greg Dulli's stage act was phenomenal.(I saw them in 1993 at the Roxy in LA)...they blew me away.Funk alternative with true class.

  • lol at the 90s haircuts

  • Man, that is a very 90's video.

  • Damn that guy on the bed at :38 is HOT

  • I've recently found Greg Dulli's work. I'm happy that I did. It's amazing how everytime time that today's music dissapoints me, I take a look at older stuff and get smacked in the face with awesomeness like this. The '90's surely rocked! :D Wish I was born 10 years earlier.

  • Rick McCollum is one of my favorite guitarists ever and the whigs ofcourse one of my top 5 favorite bands

  • Like most of my favorite bands, there are two important factors:

    1) open sexuality and/or sensuality

    2) The men actually take the time to DRESS properly. Guys, you know how much hotter your girl is in that little black dress than she is in the jeans and the ratty teeshirt? It works both ways, dudes. Wanna get laid? Go see a good tailor and get yourself some REAL clothes. (And learning to play guitar would help.)

  • @revelwoodie Music isn't about what you wear at all.

  • @RebelThoughts No, of course not. I didn't mean to say that my judgment of the music was affected by the band's clothing choices.

  • Rockin video!!! (I still can't figure out who the old guy & the angry brother is....lol)

  • 2 people don't understand

  • this would be my pick for the only album i could have on a desserted island..

  • The Afghan Whigs were so slept on, it's not even funny!!!!

  • Dulli should be an actor

  • @Honeytrip420 He actually did act in a few things.

  • this album is one of my fav ever.

  • this band have style, bad gentelmen;s style

  • it reminds me of melrose place.

  • The Afghan Whigs are one of the greatest bands! ....another band I miss is Fugazi...

  • Song reminds me of 1994 so clearly!

  • Everything Greg does is a masterpiece!

    I love this band!

  • Greg Dulli is now in a band called The Gutter Twins with Mark Lanegan of the Screaming Trees. They're fantastic, I highly recommend you all check them out.

  • why is this band not together anymore? they were fantastic. gentleman was one the best cds of the 90's.

  • How this band did not become a long term major band is beyond me. Very talented line-up. Just goes to show some times it's better to be lucky than good.

  • @moirajean8 I've pondered this question every once in a while when I listen to these guys - "What the hell happened to the Afghan Whigs?" But then I stop and just enjoy one of the most underrated bands in music.

  • @fordid42 But from the ashes of The Afghan Whigs, we've gotten The Twilight Singers and The Gutter Twins, not to mention Greg's amazing solo stuff...Regardless, I agree. The world just wasn't ready for the mirror the Whigs held up.

  • @Dezatron1612 could not agree more...had the good fortune to see the whigs play live in 1993...and this sorry world still is not ready....

  • and even now it is still not ready...the whigs were one of a kind...

  • great great stuff

  • Man, I wish I was Greg Dulli!

  • Mr Dulli and his team at their best!

  • Comment removed
