he's beast. I've met him, I've played his sons team Court Side Hoops. They're pretty beast if you ask me, even though we beat them. My team is currently ranked like 6th in the state

I remember that T-shirt during 1997 finals "DON'T CALL ME BYRON". Funny.

I think he was a fine small forward. Good speed and agilitiy, nice jump shop from wide range, offensive awareness and the best 1on1 defender in his team. At his prime he was the 2nd team scorer. Not bad at all.

If the Jazz wouldn't have failed against MJ, Russell would probably had a much better reputation.

we had a lot of good players back then, didn't we? Stock, Jeff, Byron, Malone. Ostertag......was horrible, but besides him,most guys were good. Even chris morris (#34) , when healthy, was a good player.
