The particular Router in this video is the WRT54GS by Linksys...It is actually discontinued... The best way to go is with something like a Linksys Wireless N Router like the E1000... Much more secure, much better wireless speed transfer, and so on..They go for about $59.00

My modem is awesome! Because it has a router IN the modem so I don't even NEED to buy a router. And trust me, it IS way easier because all you need to do is connect the modem to the computer and set it up. By that I mean doing it on your computer. See! Very easy!

LinkSys routers screw up too easliy. go with maximum range wireless N router. it can also vary on what cable u use. i think Time Warner Cable does not have that good of a high speed internet.

They are too big to provide you with support down the road, when their crap dosen't work right...Customer Support in non-existent. Go with belkin or netgear for your router...wayyyyyyyyyyy more user friendly and reliable. TrendNet and Dlink are other companies which produce high end reliable hardware.....Good Luck!

By the time I realized this camera didn't work and after several hours of poor customer support from Linksys Cisco, the warranty expired. Now Linksys wants me to pay to try to get this garbage working. Bottom-line: The unit went from the box to the trashcan. What is the problem with Linksys. Why not just replace the unit for me on the initial request?

Now the warranty is expired, and they won't even talk to me...Go with Belkin OR Netgear. Linksys is absolutley worthless.
