The persian is good but it's too sour. The kaffir lime leaves is the best when use for cooking. Strong fragrant it helps cut down any unwanted odor from meat. The juice is generally regarded as too acidic to use in food preparation, but finds use as a cleanser for clothing in southeast asia.
Are those better than the fragrant Asian Kaffir Lime Tree? I know Asians use the fruit and leaves in their cooking especially in Laos and Burma.
