  • Foam rollers are the best. I make a lot of jokes that one day they're going to put massage therapists out of business. This being an adhesion you should also be doing work to lift the tissues apart from each other - such as with a cupping tool, or even with a plunger as I saw somebody do in another video here (clever, and cheaper!) As well as good deep stretches.
