The problem with this movie was that, after Mask, I think people had high expectations of jim carrey, and he came off too disturbed in this movie. personally I think he is as disturbed as the character he plays.

I love medieval times! I used to go there when I was younger, which further inspired me to be a medieval historian. The show is actually quite accurate. Chain Mail was most prominently worn during the Crusades and the High Medieval Period. However, lol, those ridiculous science fiction pole axes jim carey and matthew broderick use were not weapons in medieval Europe, but very funny!
