Xbox LIVE is better than PSN, but PSN is free. Wii Network is free, and is the worst of the three online modes.

360s have more exclusives, but PS3's exclusives are always epic. And the Wii's exclusives always bring something that you can't do on the other systems.

The PS3 is good for overall home entertainment. If you're not the most hardcore gamer, maybe you'd like Blu-Ray.

IMO, 360s are best for games. That's my opinion, though.

MGS4 is a completely different animal from the past Metal Gear Games. The gameplay is really different, and extremely good in my opinion.

As for Uncharted 2, I'm surprised you haven't heard of it. It's one of PS3's best games and console sellers. Yes, check it out and see what you think.

And if you're into online gaming, both MGS4 and Uncharted 2 have multiplayer modes (and good ones).
