Tony see's the danger in simply believing that all good things will come to you...But nobody wins the lottery without at least taking the action to buy a ticket...Action leads to a result...What really needs to be taught is what Tony has been teaching from day one...How to make yourself take positive action and follow through...Wishing is easy...and few are lucky.

I think his stuff is great. I am alread very happy, own business, great wife and family andfab friends but personal power 30 day course was awesome. did it for the 2nd time recently with 30 of my staff and it was brilliant. Spent 1 week on holiday with 2 friends and wife having "Tony Time" everyday and it mde it far more rewarding than previous weeks away. Talk about football or what we al want to achieve I our lives, wich is the mos rewarding? You don't need to want "help" to benefit.

Tony's one of the originals in self help and mind over matter. He is one I have followed for years and know very well.

Just to add I have been to his seminars, the first UPW was great, I was 20 and I was hungry and played full out and got a lot from it, he is respectful of all faiths but even though he can help people turn their lives around he doesn't provide all the answers. He is genuine however he still is running a business. Some of his stuff did nothing for me, however some of the physiology/focus stuff did. Some aspects of his seminar are cultish.

While I don't see anything wrong with Tony Robbins I do believe people are wrong in how they treat him as if he's Jesus Christ, but that's just my opinion :)

I agree with this 100%. Though nothing wrong with getting inspiration from Tony. Even if you don't need it, it is the need to connect with someone who believes in the same principles as you do.

As an example - We don't go to church necessarily to become holy, but because we want to connect with people with the same belief system.

This people need help and they find that in tony robbins like others find that in the church and others in drugs etc...But the main reason is that they are looking for help.

Tony uses NLP techniques (neuro-linguistic programming). What he's doing here is showing that when you change your physiology and your focus, you'll change your state. It's important to use gradient--you couldn't just get people to be this energetic the moment you walk on stage. This is towards the finale that Tony built up to during a 90 minute motivational talk to 10,000 people. :)

Good point and your exactly right Marismith. I am a Mastery University grad myself. Since studying Tony's work I have went from $ 4-5K a month income to the $ 10-15K range. Success definantly leaves clues.

i was there. Tony had several exercises. This particular one was "think of an event in which you would be celebrating enthusiastically such as the Chargers making it to the Super Bowl..." Then he counts down and says, "go".

@jkygogo The guy is a genious, he knows how to pump people up, the secret is to know how to do it after the seminar is over and Tony is no longer with you, that's what he teaches

@UsherMoore Well, it's not normal to be that pumped up all the time.  He gets people to do it cause it makes him feel great as well and he's been doing this for 25 years and he's the best at it!

i used to...and then...i thought...why do i? and i couldn't answer that question...theres no scientific evidence to back it up and any achievements that you make while using loa can be explained with your reticular activating system......but i'm still open.

This event was outstanding!! There was about 10,000 people in the audience!! My friend, Carol Dysart, and I were blessed to get $1,000 VIP tickets. :)

Though I've attended a TON of seminars over the years (such as with T. Harv Eker, Mark Victor Hansen, Robert Kiyosaki, Christopher Howard, Satyen Raja, etc.), this was my *first* time seeing Tony Robbins LIVE! Whew, what an incredibly powerful man he is!! :)
