zzz you guys dont seems to understand,this video only show how you could use your parchment paper and cut it into a perfect circle for your pan.it's not there to show you that she can do it perfectly.=/ just do it accordingly to the size of your pan and cut those extra bits out.
I think tracing then folding it to cut would be better :D
