My mom takes a pharmaceutical drug called Effexor. It is an anti-depressant. She also tells me that it works... WHEN SHE HAS THEM. Effexor is popular for its borderline torturous withdrawing symptoms & I witness the hell my mom goes through every time she runs out of Effexor. She seems like she is on the verge of going insane & has these anxiety attacks where she is scared for no apparent reason. Now what if she eliminated Effexor & replaced it with cannabis? Life would be much happier for her.
Taking into consideration that cannabis is the most therapeutic natural occurring substance on the planet & that it helps with so many ailments... that is the exact reason why BIG PHARMA doesn't want it legal. It would make many of the pharmaceutical poisons they sell useless. More than 10% of people on earth don't get pain relief from opiate based pharmaceuticals. Their bodies just don't react to the drug like most would. In their case cannabis is a safer more effective alternative.
