U don't need to let it dry between layers. Lay ur 1st cloth, then resin. Then 2nd cloth and resin again. BUT.... Be sure to work all the air bubbles after 2nd coat if resin. It is super important, and probs the most crucial part of glassing. As well as getting the mixture right
DO you do the same amount of glassing to the bottom of the board as you do to the top? And if so, do you do the whole top and then move to the bottom once the top drys?
@vds19radicalsr9 you should put 2 layers of cloth on the top for extra strength, but apply the resin to them at the same time. Then, once it has dried, flip it over and do the bottom.
@poofterbastard how many layers on the bottom? 2? Also when you do multiple layers do you apply resin to the first one, then do the second one after? Or put both sheets down and then apply resin?
you get fiber glass cloth (the sheet that covers the board) and the nyou get fiberglass resin, and be sure to get hardener! that is what makes the resin dry.. you can find guides for the right combo. if you use too little it will be tacky and never dry, but if you use too much it will yellow.
esa marca de tablas no la compro ni a palos, ya con ver que corta la tela y para laminar lamina con pincel es un desastre
