That was really really good, especially for high school students! I love how they all sang with such good technique; there was never a moment where I was afraid "oh no that girl's going to crack" or "nice voice but it'll be gone in a year". Excellent!

Hey I was wondering how you setup your concert... I'm trying to do a Senior Showcase/ Concert this year but don't know where to start so I'm asking about other peoples...

Any tips you can give...

this was actually a part of our vocal music department concert for the end of the year.

It showcased all four of our concert choirs (our jazz choir has a separate concert with the jazz band), but we traditionally also have auditioned solos and small groups that perform like this one.

Irvine....the irvine in california? Anyway...the girls sound really good especially Amy, she can belt like crazy. Alex also has a really good mix. But the guys tend to whine on high notes(meaning nasal). The way you arranged it might made the harmonies sound better but both of the guys sound constricted and holding back. The acting is also not there(very flat), its very American idol and like... "Hi I will sing for you now."

Um...what does that have to do with my comment. Okay now that I've seen this video a few more times(after 3 months lol). All of you have gorgeous voices but the acting...okay this is by the order of appereance. Woman1-Good work, nice face expressions. You were probably my favorite. Man1- You played the character which was good. It was very theatrical. Hold it down a little. Too much excitement. Man2- I didn't see any acting at all. Woman 2- I could get a little bit more excitement from you.

It was gd hoever (sorry), it needs more life, a vaster degree of dynamics and power. Althought you peform it professionally it feels as thought your voices are constricted, if you just managed to break into higher and lower registers it wud b perfect but still a brilliant job !!!
