This is exactly what I was looking for but I can not get Microsoft keyboard layout creator to work. It says I need .NET framework, I have it all ready but won't work. Would it be possible if I send you the keyboard layout source (.klc) file, and you could build it, then send me the installer?
Can I ask which OS you're using? I used Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator on my previous computer, which was running Windows Vista, and it worked without a problem. My new PC runs on Windows 7, and the Keyboard Layout Creator doesn't display the keyboard--just a blank window--so I cannot use it. I've looked online for solutions, and others have this same problem but no answers yet.
@MrJaredbeachtuts After 2 hours of searching for a solution, I finally found a blog post by a Microsoft programmer that addresses the problem. It seems that MS knew about this bug but has shelved updating MSKLC. Anyway, the programmer provides a work-around which involves increasing the DPI settings on your monitor. Weird, I know, but it works for me now.
@MrJaredbeachtuts wait what do you mean? how do i use the service? i typed "ime" and "imput method" blahblahblah into my search box i got nothing that seem to be useful lol
@krimsoncrimson ㅌㅌㅌㅔㄲㅋㅈㅅㄷㄷㅅㅏ Does this look right? I am not typing spaces between the characters (from created-layout keyboard).
Neither Japanese nor Korean would type into the input box of the layout program, so I pasted characters into the layout. And they come out too far apart, I think. It doesn't look right.
I don't understand. Why does it give so much space between characters? This surely wouldn't join characters into Korean words?! How could I get the characters closer together?

@Zhunishi Right, but that's not what we're trying to do. We want to make it to where you can press just one key to make the character appear.

@midsummery that does not. You may want to follow the video instead and personalize it from scratch. It shouldn't take too long.
