@TeamHitachiin Well, in Shampoo's defense, she's CHINESE. While we hear them speak in English, they are obviously speaking Japanese. She had to learn an entire language in week before arriving in the actual country to kill Ranma back in season 1(or was it 2?) and she's been too busy working and training(or chasing Ranma) to learn any more. I'd say, since Japan has 27 dialects, she knows enough to earn some credit. You try learning the Japanese language and see how you do.
