well, you got part of it right, the 1st gen lightnings had the 351w H.O. however the part that your wrong on is that this vid showed a 2nd gen lightning, which has the 330ci 5.4L triton V8. and the 1st gen's did not come supercharged.

I love all cars, but i have to say the lightning will only win in 2 categories. 1) use of vehicle, you can do alot more with a truck than any car. 2) COOLNESS, a 380 hp truck...my dad has one and its badass. But in aspects of racing, the acura wins in every category...cheaper, faster, lighter, better around corners, better gas mileage. It beat the performance truck at its own game...straight lines. Nobody can deny that. Its obvious this video wasnt staged. The truck was a WOT.

hell yeah. the only downside to a diesel truck is that they are only insanely fast 0-100. They cant go much faster. i think the only thing that matters is if it can haul ass in the quarter mile at the drag track. thats what counts and some diesels are impressive.

I also know some one with an 05 cummins with just bolt on mods and itll put some hondas or imports to shame if it wanted too.
