UFO Sighting Above Bushey Hertfordshire 30.06.10

i've seen these myself on many occasions. they are balls of light that continuously flash multi colors and they dont move at all. imo these are light ships.

I've seen a ball of light looking south from flamstead to the left of hemel looking south towards Bushey. Many many times. Even when I was younger, me and my bro.

Could it be a satellite?

Could just be some un-explained weirdness, lol, I choose to say fuck it, weird stuff happens, I like to keep it simple.

I saw this about 10 mins ago (and it's still there) from my garden, was in the north direction and not moving, but rapidly changing colours, i then ran inside and locked ze door.

This looks alot like the light me and my mum saw, it was about 9:30pm over Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire, it was while that Icelandic volcano erupted and the ash cloud grounded all air craft, there was so supposed to be nothing in the sky and yet this changed colour a few times, and seemed to change between floating and speeding across the sky

I have just checked my astronomy software - the ISS' path on the night of 30th June was most prominent between 22:50 and 22.52. It would have been due east from the perspective of Bushey, and travelling in a vertical path from the top of the sky down to the horizon. I hope this helps either prove/disprove the ISS theory. If your sighting did NOT follow this path then it was NOT the ISS. As an amateur astronomer I often track the ISS with binoculars - your clip does not look like the ISS to me.

@EarlofBerkhamsted I witnessed this UFO at aprrox 11:15pm. It was not the ISS or a chinese lantern!! It was changing colour very rapidly. Have a look at the other videos! Thanks for your help ;-)

also when you zoom in at 20 to 22 you can see in the ball of light there is a slight dark dot in the middle of it if this was a star it would be lighter from the middle, but that same dot in the circle of light is in our black and white photo.

seen this before in surrey uk have close up pictures with professional camera on tripod and clicker so we know we didnt move or jog the camera good footage though would have filmed it too but our video camera wasnt good quality, but if you want to see one of the photos we got a really clear black and white one where you can see some type of structure just let me know if you want a few and i can send some to you or might make a short video. :)

Have you ever seen a solar panel up close when its reflecting light? It shines in the full spectrum. Just like oil. It's the ISS, end of, and it's moving because it's orbiting the planet. Or you can believe that Mork is about to invade........

@denivor the ISS does not change colour when it orbits earth. And it's pitch black so therfore there is no light to be reflected off it...go do your research, as I have.

@jamnoise72 It may be dark on the ground but when you are as high up as the iss you are still in the suns rays that is why satellites and the iss glow white when they pass overhead.

@tarifa37 would it then not grow brighter as the sun rises rather than disappear in daylight also if satellite you can see it in the day sometimes this was not one.

@tarifa37 further more if it is the same time and direction i bet the direction is west to east it more than likely the ISS. The ISS looks like a ball of white light because of the sun reflecting off the solar panels.

@tarifa37 i saw same thing different night and can clarify we saw it in the east in the early ours of the morning about 1am till 4am it disappeared during that period the sky was so bright all stars even the north star had disappeared and as the sun rises in the east then if it was a star it would have faded out, the next night at the same time we looked out and it wasn't there until 7 days after and appeared earlier at about 10pm in a different spot i think as i was away from my house.

Interesting clip, thanks for uploading.

I would give the Hertfordshire Police a call and ask if the chopper was up and in the area on those nights, A lot of people have been fooled by the police chopper up here at Merseyside, from a distance and If the wind is blowing in an opposite direction it can be hard to hear the chopper and the colours of the lights do play tricks on the eyes, especially from distance.

I, & several other people with me saw the same thing near Redding, CA up near Mt. Shasta, just going up and down and sideways so that we knew it wasn't a regular aircraft. It lasted several minutes. My teenage son said, "I'm seeing it but I'm not believing it". It was definitely NOT a chinese lantern!

errr that looks kinda different to a chinese lantern. I know because i see them all the time.I dont know lol could be chinese lantern. Arent chinese lanterns slightly more yellowish in colour because of the light?

So explain to me why this light has been seen for 3 days in a row now at the same time approx. travelling in the same direction???? umm? come on clown?? you seem to know it all> answer that then? do chinese lanterns orbit the earth? flmao
