  • Looks good for sure. You guys have any suggestions for recipes? Im guessing that you can do the wild hog bacon the same as your would a domestic hog as well? Never have eaten a wild hog and am wondering if there is a taste difference between wild and domestic?

  • Man after they reach 165 you can wrap them in foil and put a vinegar based bbq sauce all over them and just put some in the bottom of the pan and let them go on up to 195 and then pull them and let them rest. THEY WILL FALL OFF THE BONE! But great video it looked great either way.

  • I hate those wild hogs. Only thing better than hearing them squeal is eating them.
