On the Storm (normal) i got the location and i dont kill the wraiths. But it is'nt spawning there. Got Iron,Black eye,tough luck.

Also gave me the Habasyana thingy chest plate. Just need the other skulls.

TILT with one person is hard

(Try getting it by using the weapons crate first)

You will need to go grab a Deployable Cover and a Gravity hammer. Move the weapons crate with the hammer. Place a Deployable Cover down practicly where the crate was. Jump on the top of the Arch, Jump backwards towards the ledge, swing the hammer once you are clear of your shield(becuase you might have to do it again) once up there make sure you don't hit your head and fall down, thus repeating the process...
