All I know is I can't go back to my old life, I never liked it anyway. Everything seems so new now...It scares me...I'm not the same person I was last week. I don't understand...How do you know all this stuff? I've had so many miracles in my life...I've even been awakened in the past then went back to my old life....But never found happiness there. I'm going through all this again...Finding it hard to love...Old wounds coming back...Remembering past miracles and have all these symptoms. Hey can anyone help regarding symptom 3.I've been doing alot meditation and my mind is pretty quiet and at peace but the thing is i have a constant feeling of anxiety and stress in the stomach area.I know how to release emotions but the anxiety keeps on coming for no real reason i can see,Also i have been feeling angry,depressed and stressed again for no real reason.Anybody help on the matter?.Thanks alot :)

Almost all of them seems to be psychically gifted and in touch with the 4th dimension on some level. They are great at reading people and their motives as well. Chanting the holy names is definitely the simplest way of getting there. hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare. repeat it 16 x 108 everyday and feel the benefit. It's way easier to mediate upon Krishna than try to empty your flickering mind. I really loved the last part, certainly does seem like some of us are starting to wake up.

@mistyrious1111 the crying is totally a sign of purification, did it feel blissful? Crying can also be one of the symptoms of spiritual bliss. I just checked out some of that HU but it sorta sounds like om to me, lol, being the universal sound and all. I'm pretty sure Krishna recommends the chanting of om in the bagavad gita, so it's a pretty good method. Just not as powerful as the maha mantra ;D

I love this video. Short and sweet and accurate with my experience. My 2 cents: If we all meditate or just sit down and listen to our minds you will see there's more to it than you "think". Haha pun intended. Anyways, I was never into this stuff. I called my husband crazy for a year until it happened to me. You will know and your heart will grow like you wouldn't believe. I used to play tons of video games, be stressed out so bad I could not even function on school work in college working on my degree and even failed a few courses due to it. Then one day I guess while just zoned out in an English Literature class while talking about the poetry of William Wordsworth I had my awakening. It really was an awesome feeling. I felt as if I was floating.

there are lots of different kinds of awakenings with lots of different "symptoms" accompanying it. for me it was an awareness of pure consciousness with a wide open heart. it was beautiful and in time I integrated it and so now I feel pretty ordinary. the experience of non-duality continues to open, though, in ways that are very integrated in my life, it's no longer just a peak experience. so, I appreciate this video but it describes a limited range of awakenings.

@Ether702 It's one of many energy centers of the body. My awakening began by working on opening them up. I encourage everyone to meditate and see what I mean! It seems crazy but if you sit still and concentrate on these centers you slowly start to feel them! Once you know what to look for, the rest falls into place.

Almost all of them seems to be psychically gifted and in touch with the 4th dimension on some level. They are great at reading people and their motives as well. Chanting the holy names is definitely the simplest way of getting there. hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare. repeat it 16 x 108 everyday and feel the benefit. It's way easier to mediate upon Krishna than try to empty your flickering mind. I really loved the last part, certainly does seem like some of us are starting to wake up.

Bottom line is there's no denying Jesus Christ existed.. even the most anti Christian scholars will admit that. I love this video. Short and sweet and accurate with my experience. My 2 cents: If we all meditate or just sit down and listen to our minds you will see there's more to it than you "think". Haha pun intended. Anyways, I was never into this stuff. I called my husband crazy for a year until it happened to me. You will know and your heart will grow like you wouldn't believe. Against All the nay sayers here... I want to thank you for posting this video. I am 26 years old. I am not a hippy. I used to play tons of video games, be stressed out so bad I could not even function on school work in college working on my degree and even failed a few courses due to it. Then one day I guess while just zoned out in an English Literature class while talking about the poetry of William Wordsworth I had my awakening. It really was an awesome feeling. I felt as if I was floating.

Does your psychology book even consider the divine as real? Or does it say, "anyone considering themselves as talking to GOD iS insane." Why? Has GOD been disproven? Has religion changed? there are lots of different kinds of awakenings with lots of different "symptoms" accompanying it. for me it was an awareness of pure consciousness with a wide open heart. it was beautiful and in time I integrated it and so now I feel pretty ordinary. the experience of non-duality continues to open, though, in ways that are very integrated in my life, it's no longer just a peak experience. so, I appreciate this video but it describes a limited range of awakenings.

@Ether702 It's one of many energy centers of the body. My awakening began by working on opening them up. I encourage everyone to meditate and see what I mean! It seems crazy but if you sit still and concentrate on these centers you slowly start to feel them! Once you know what to look for, the rest falls into place.
