I've went there on holiday about 15 times, and I must have been talking to the wrong people, because neither the police, people working at the supermarket/gas station, the campsite personnel and even people at the fucking tourist office couldn't speak english. Maybe they were pretending like they couldnt xD love the country though.

Only french people I've met that spoke english were some other tourists when I was in Croatia, and they kinda had to because they were lost.
