How to reduce hyper cam lag/delay

@DJJSTUDIOS you make intros, if u hav windows microsoft like me (and i can tell ralphy does) u usually use windows movie maker ,which i do, so then you add intros and stuff and if u cant, use paint and txt in paint ot make like a picture then put that at the start, works for me both ways. hope i helped

This actually did reduce lag. My voice synchs up correctly with my video now thanks. I just have 1 little question. Im trying to play Mega Man 1 and when i try and load it with these new settings. It says IDirect3D9:: CreatDevice() Failed.

Any idea what that means or How I can get past it with these settings? Great video btw.
